Annie's 1 Year Portraits

Happy Tuesday Morning!

It is a wonderful and beautiful sunny early summer morning here in Buellton.  I am finally taking a moment for myself and updating my very neglected blog.
I have been busy with my kids this last school year.  I have been running the kids to and from school, I volunteered at my daughter's school twice and week and also had to take my son to his speech therapy at his preschool twice a week.  The kids are also very busy with their gymnastics classes, and then of course on top of running around with my kids there's always homework and housework to do, and always way too much laundry!!
I've done a few portrait sessions since my last post in October (yipe).  I am very swift on getting the images to my clients, but when it comes to updating my blog, I'm horrible.
These are a few of my favorite images taken of Annie's 1 year old portraits taken back in November.  She is the sweetest and cutest little girl.  She has the most loving parents who just simply adore their daughter Annie.  Annie's mom, Misty, is quite the crafty mama and had the most cutest little outfits and props for Annie during her photo session.  Misty had even made a birthday cake for Annie to dive into during our portrait session.  And Annie's favorite pooch, Yoda, even posed in a few shots for us.  We had a blast during our fall morning shoot, although it was sprinkling here and there that day.  Here are a few of my favorite images from that day.  Enjoy!

I love Annie's little outfit here.  She looks like a baby model for a clothing store fall catalog.

Annie had this cute vintage looking onesie that was cream colored and with ruffle lace.  So of course I had to change the images to a sweet vintage sepia tone.  Yoda, her favorite pooch, even dresses for the occasion with a top hat and bow tie.  And we were able to snap a few family portraits as well.

The demolition of the birthday cake :)
