A few weeks ago, I photographed my husband's counsin's baby. Baby Tanner James Reed was born February 3, 2011 in San Luis Obispo, CA. We were able to go down to Santa Maria and visit Jerick's cousin, Ashley, and her husband, Kevin, and see their precious baby boy. I almost forgot what it's like to hold a sweet little newborn in my arms. Time definitely flies by too fast and now my babies are 6 1/2 years old and 2 years old. I loved that peaceful moment when just before Baby Tanner fell asleep in my arms, watching his eyelids get heavier and heavier, and I thought about the times I would watch my babies fall asleep so warmly in my arms. It made me miss when my babies WERE babies. I had the wonderful opportunity to photograph Ashley and Kevin's baby boy while he was wide awake. I photographed quickly and would have loved more time, but I'm happy with the sweet moments I captured. Here are a few from the session, enjoy!
